When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you provide. We do not ask for payment details through this site.
We also count visits to the site. What that involves is set out in full under “Website statistics” below.
We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a design or quotation, and stay in touch about your project. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to service any project that follows. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
This website sets no cookies for tracking or advertising, and none at all unless you sign in to the studio's own dashboard. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and nothing that follows you to other websites — which is why you have not been asked to accept a cookie banner.
The site does ask your browser to remember two small things about itself: an identifier for the current tab, which is erased the moment you close it, and the date of your first visit, so we can tell first-time visitors from returning ones. Neither can identify you, and neither is readable by any other website.
We count visits ourselves, on our own server, rather than handing the job to an outside company. For each page opened we record the address of the page, the website you arrived from, whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, your browser and operating system, the width of your screen, the town or city and country your connection resolves to, roughly how far down the page you scrolled and how long it was open. We also record when one of a small number of buttons is pressed — WhatsApp, the phone number, the email address, a link to the enquiry form, or a material chosen in the visualiser.
Your IP address is used to look up a city and is then discarded. It is not written to any file we keep. Visits are counted using a code calculated from your connection and browser that is scrambled with the current date, which means the same person is counted once within a day and cannot be recognised again the following day. We hold no name, no email address and no account for any of this.
We cannot see, and do not attempt to estimate, your age, gender, income or identity. Statistics are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
Enquiry emails are delivered through our email provider. Map content on our contact page is served by Google Maps and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.
